  • Update content from the website.
  • The source build now uses HTTPS to fetch content from the website.
  • The HTML preprocessing now handles placeholder links used for the Ranges TS and standard proposal, which otherwise need site JS to work.

Changes from upstream include better formatting for the QCH book.
