Can I reduce num_queries to smaller value than 300?

Hi.
I use custom data which has two classes (person and background)
My images highly likely don't have many objects, maximally 30 persons in one image.
For this circumstance, can I reduce num_queries to value like 100 in /include/dfine_hgnetv2.yml file??
Reducing that value makes training faster and accuracy better?

Yes, you can. D-FINE uses non-learnable queries, which gives you the flexibility of changing the number of queries without retraining.
Regarding the training, yes, it will be much faster. It is uncertain how much it would affect the accuracy, but you should expect a slight decrease
