[BUG]: Can't change position of traits #1154

Description

When drag/dropping traits in trait editor, new positions are not persisted.

new install, sample files imported
drag "height" to last position
go back to config then back to trait
"height" is in original spot

Expected behavior

No response

Field Book version

No response
