We want to see more and more important FOSS projects move to codeberg and FOSS infrastructure. FOSS software shouldn't be relying on corporate grabage. |

At most mirroring it to other platforms. The world is complicated enough. Standadization is essential for complex systems. Spreading across different providers just increase overall complexity. Think of the explosion of propretary game launchers.... |

Hello
The world is changing at light speed. We want to stay far away from any political discussion, but we can't ignore that relying on a big corporate system like GitHub can cause conflict in the (near?) future. On the one hand, I can't imagine that GitHub would disappear someday. Still, on the other hand, I see disturbing messages about countries being blocked from accessing it, persons and organizations being abandoned for unclear reasons, etc, so I'm getting a bit worried.
I love GitHub because it's totally free and provides fantastic tools for hosting the Pi4J sources and building the artifacts. But at this point, Codeberg looks like a better alternative.
Thanks for your feedback.
