Feature request: Have student view be displayed similar to the teacher preview, on one page.

Teachers creating questions with branching next questions, asks me if students can view and answer the questionnaire in the same way they (the teachers) are viewing the questionnaire in preview mode, as one page, and not have to got back and forward for each different choice they make on a multi choice question that has different branching connected questions.

Does this involves a major change in the code? or is it simple?
If so (simple), can you give some advice, so I can modify the code myself.

I am actually asking to "remove those Page breaks":
