Question on dispersion method #22

Hello everyone. I want to analyze speech of German MP with the following line of code
dispersion("GERMAPARL", s_attribute = c("speaker", "lp"), query = "Gummibärchen")
I am wondering, if there is a way to only count hits, that appear out of a certain context. So for example, I only want to count the times that speakers used the word "Gummibärchen", when they didn't also mention "Gottschalk" in the 10 words to the left and right of Gummibärchen.
Can anybody help me out ?
