Prerequisites

  • Write a descriptive title.
  • Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
  • Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

When I run /refresh I expect that the previously used parameters I filled out with /replace are no longer available, however they are still being used.

Expected behavior

`/refresh` removes all previously used parameter values

Actual behavior

previously used parameter values are kept across new "chats" after using `/refresh`
