Consolidate pointless bots

Task

I'd plan to remove and replace most of the bots on the server
most of these bots are one-trick-ponies or useless; they can be replaced and/or removed.

Details

Replace:

Remove:

• Custom Commands#4724
• Emoji.gg#7083
• Spotlight Suggestions#6929
• Carl-bot#1536

I have removed 3 of them let me know what bots i should replace the others with

@Notarin If you want you can code a plugin that does a ticket system and custom commands, giveaaways etc. you dont have to. if you dont want to please suggest ones to add

I've moved the custom commands bot to the remove section as it will be inherently replaced by the very nature of pride-bot
