create a notebook for dataset review

• compare conflicting identifications from different systems in a separate notebook #202
• compare overlapping excerpts of the same poem (counts & averages) in a notebook #203
• join ppa work metadata and poem metadata (minimum: poem title and poem author)
  • PPA work metadata
  • internet_poems poem metadata
  • chadwyck-healey poem metadata
• search or filter excerpt data and display for review
• update with new data & configuration
• clean up extra stuff

Could have:

• aggregate poem excerpts by page and poem
• visualizations
• look by volume - what / how many excerpts
• look by poem - what volumes cite this poem
• what volumes do we not have any excerpts for
