Proposal to add docker support to Karbon

The Karbon App is gaining new heights every day as new features are being added. This raises a need for a critical system, i.e. Docker. With Docker, collaborators can contribute to this project without having to think about versions of packages. This will increase development speed while decreasing time wasted on resolving package conflicts.

If this proposal is practical, I can implement it.
