I was wondering if there was a way to receive an email as Technician when a User creates a ticket on any organization ?
I tried to put my Technician user as Global or the specific role on the org and both didn't work. My only technician is also super-user. The regular user does receive the "receipt" email when he creates the ticket.
Unfortunately, this is not yet possible, but it is definitely something that we want to do in the future. However, I'd like to rethink the whole notification system before adding this kind of notification. I'll let you know when we'll be ready to work on this.
Hm that's a shame, I really like the product but I can't really use it without this feature. After a quick look around I think I'll just dirty fork on my side and hard code my email in SendReceiptEmailHandler until the real feature is ready, I can't really help you with actual production code sadly, sorry 😅
