• PHP version: 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.20 (apache2handler)
• SMW version (if applicable): no

Issue

Since February 1, 2025, our special MapEditor page is no longer displayed. This is inconvenient for creating maps for our geotagged articles. Is there an update conflict with GoogleMaps? Are you considering changing the map provider, like OpenStreetMaps to display this special page? THANKS !(https://www.wikimanche.fr/Spécial:MapEditor).

Looks like you now need an API key: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error

Special:MapEditor only support Google Maps at present. Supporting more map providers requires some MediaWiki software development
