Lootcrate Extra Settings

Add /lootcrate set to set extra customizations for loot crates.

Open time /lootcrate set opentime [# of ticks between each ding/break]
There are 10 dings when opening a lootcrate. The number set in /lootcrate set opentime # will be the amount of ticks between each ding.

Block /lootcrate set block block_name
Set the block that the lootcrate will be.

Block_name is possible, but the # of ticks will have to wait till the new-block-api is at a stable state.
