About the PR
Ports the AAC tablet from Imp, which itself is a port from DV (with some tweaks though)
Why / Balance
Required for replicators, also a neat item.
Technical details
Copies a load of code over from imp's repo.
It also is in the medical techfab recipes, and can be taken in loadout
