Frontmatter option to assume all code cells are Julia? #279

It would be nice if I didn't have to keep writing ```{julia} over and over again in my .qmd file. Could a YAML frontmatter option be added to treat all ``` as though they are ```{julia}?

Unless quarto itself has an option for something like this (which I'm pretty sure it doesn't, @jkrumbiegel correct me if I'm wrong) there's not much be can do in this backend.

No, quarto discriminates between executable and plain code cells, and there's no option to change that behavior. Your best bet would be using the percent script file which is a plain julia file with special comment syntax for markdown. But I think those can only be used with the just merged engines option
