Setting global_header flag with 14.x?

With 13.1, I set global_header to False so that I can call open() explicitly and prevent extradata from being modified, but that doesn't work with 14.x. Here's the old code:

out_stream.codec_context.global_header = False
out_stream.codec_context.open()
out_stream.codec_context.global_header = True

Is there a way to set flags with 14.x or do I need to add a setter for global_header? (I already tested that adding this works, but just wondering if there's a new/better way to manage the flags)

from av.codec.context import Flags

video.codec_context.flags &= ~Flags.global_header
do_stuff()
video.codec_context.flags |= Flags.global_header
