Patient Information in the MIDRC dataset

Hello,
I’m trying to reproduce the re-identification results on the chest X-ray images (MIDRC dataset), but there is limited information on how the patient subsetting was performed. Would it be possible to share the CSV file containing the patient information, similar to what was provided for the GRAPE dataset?
