Can this be brought in line with Raritan's JSON-RPC SDK #2
Description
Raritan's PDU support page has an SDK for JSON-RPC bindings whose API is a bit newer (for instance, raritan.rpc.Agent has acquired a couple of new arguments in its constructor). Would you consider incorporating it in this code?
