Relevant attributes should have the tag that saves them to the BI #9
Description
currently the attributes in the standards aren't saved to the BI.
in order to save them we need to add the new tag that will save those attributes to the Insight database
this change is breaking since shells with this tag will be compatible only with CloudShell 7.1 and above
