Docker Host must manually be added to sandbox before deploying app #8
Description
User must add the Docker Host resource to the sandbox. A better user experience is that the App deployment script should do this.
cloudshell.api.common_cloudshell_api.CloudShellAPIError: CloudShell API error 100: Unable to execute 'deploy_image' command on resource 'Docker Host'. The resource is not available within the sandbox.
