Telemetry error during ingestion process and RAG/MCP server

1. How do we handle this error? I dont think we need telemetry at this point, should be ok to remove it? @DiegoFloresWenHao

i happens on both, python ingest/motoko_docs_ingester.py and python ingest/motoko_samples_ingester.py

2. Same error happens when we instantiate RAG API server and MCP HTTP server

For this case, we should have telemetry active, but we could disable for now since it is not a blocker

I just ran the script python ingest/motoko_samples_ingester.py and there is not error or warning regarding the telemetry.

Also here.

I am using the latest version of the repo. Are you using the latest?
