[FE] Creator wallet — clarify mock earnings vs Horizon

Description

Creator wallet already shows real Horizon balances. Remove or clearly label fake earnings ($2150) and disable/hide non-working Withdraw until product-ready.

User Story

As a Founder,
I want wallet numbers I can trust,
so that I don’t confuse mock USD with on-chain balances.

Requirements and Context

• Files: app/creator/wallet/page.tsx
• Keep Horizon XLM/USDC + tx history
• Label or remove EARNINGS_USD placeholder; Withdraw CTA disabled with tooltip or removed

Suggested Implementation

Acceptance Criteria

• No unlabeled fake earnings figure
• Horizon balances still work
• Withdraw not presented as working
