Multibase Tests Fail In CI

I'm not sure why this is happening, likely due to something with regards to edianness, but multibase tests are failing in CI. For more information see the main comment of #22.

It looks like all multibase tests are failing in CI, I tried disabling base16 test, and base32 failed as well. see this travisci job

Possible Causes

There's also a missing 7.  It doesn't look like endianness as that would retain byte ordering.  memcpy with overlapping src/dst memory is undefined.
