Hi team, I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Railway Wallet on Arbitrum. I’m posting here because the Railway-Wallet repository has Issues disabled and no support channels are available.
Problem: Balances cannot update across multiple devices. Funds are stuck in “Pending” for 12+ hours and cannot be shielded, unshielded, or moved.
Main desktop: stuck at “Railgun Balances updating: 50%” indefinitely
Mobile + second desktop: balances update, but then remain stuck as “Pending Balances”
Troubleshooting attempted:
- Switching RPC endpoints
- Re-Scan Private Balances
- Generate All Private POIs
- Fresh install on another computer
- Fresh install on iPhone (same issue persists)
Network: Arbitrum
Tokens affected: ETH and DAI
Funds are effectively stuck because the wallet cannot complete the balance update.
Could this be a RAILGUN engine issue on Arbitrum (e.g., POI sync, proofs, other), or is this a known wallet-client problem?
Please help. Any guidance or next steps would be greatly appreciated.
