Docs - Add page(s) for LLMs to injest Request Network Docs

Problem

There's no easy way for LLMs (AIs) to injest the Request Network Docs. The PDF Export page doesn't load fast enough for LLMs to read. https://docs.request.network/~gitbook/pdf?limit=150 They only get placeholders and a table of contents.

Proposed Solution

Add pages that serve raw markdown:

• /ai-resources: Page summarizing the following pages
  • /llms.md: Navigation index of all documentation pages.
  • /llms-full.md: Complete documentation
  • /request-api-docs.md: Request Network API documentation

Gitbook supports (most) of these pages! We should add an ai-resources page that links to them, similar to what EigenLayer and Wormhole have done.

The only thing it doesn't support is an .md page for page groups. For example: https://docs.request.network/request-network-api routes to the create-and-pay-requests.md page, instead of concatenating all of the request-network-api pages together.
