For some reason it seems impossible to bind button number 7 on my controller (4 play Gamer Pro advance with real N64 pad). When I press the button to bind it, it seems to be the same as pressing escape, and the button cannot be set it just backs out.
Edit - I notice that button 7 on an Xbox pad is the same as the back button so it seems the issue is that this button cannot properly be redefined for non xbox controllers. Setting it to another button temporarily is a workaround.
