Non utf-8 encoding in RF02541.stockholm.txt

I am not sure if this is the correct repository, sry if it's wrong.

When I download the seedalignment, the file RF02541.stockholm.txt contains a ISO8859-1 encoded ü.
This cannot not be read by biopython for example.
The file should be utf-8 encoded

The download http header claim the file to be utf-8, so I guess the problem is not there.

Hi, apologies for my slow response on this. We are finish a release right now and will check if the issue is still in the file after release. If it is we'll see what we can do about it. Thank you for reporting the issue!
