What: A Chinese-first SKILL.md that makes Codex CLI reply shorter and denser without sacrificing accuracy. Also ships a concise-default companion to enable the style for every new chat.

Codex-specific integration

• Native SKILL.md lives at ~/.codex/skills/concise/SKILL.md
• Ships a Codex marketplace at .agents/plugins/marketplace.json, so users can pull both concise and concise-default via Codex's plugin system
• concise-default on ultra writes the full skill body into ~/.codex/instructions.md, which Codex splices into base_instructions for every new session
• One-line install:
