Create and Manage Multiple User Profiles

As a user,
I want to create and manage multiple profiles within the app,
So that multiple users can personalize their experience on the same device.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Profile Creation: Users should be able to create multiple profiles from the settings menu.
2. Profile Selection: Users should be able to switch between profiles from a central location in the app.
3. Personalization: Each profile should maintain its own settings, including saved articles, reading preferences, and history.
