Just trying to understand, so is the strategy here that roomote and all the cloud stuff is closed source and the VSCode Extension is open.

That's fine of course, your choice. If so, we might end up doing an open source version of the cloud implementation or look for one. It is such a useful function, but understand if this is your monetization strategy :-)
