Move elements and attributes to EAD4/tei/shared/en folder

Please move the elements and attributes listed below into the shared folder, to be included in EAC-CPF3 and EAC-F

Please note that <provenanceEvent> is to be renamed to <narrativeEvent> (see SAA-SDT/eas-schemas#238).

New pull request created that includes this change. Files listed above move, as well as attr-referredEntityRelationship.xml. See: #190

<provenanceEvent> renamed as <narrativeEvent>

Linked updated in TL file for all 3 schemas. Also @normalizedString added to all 3 schemas, as per #178

'May occur within' updated for the elements that were moved for EAC-CPF3 and EAC-F. Other text still needs to be reviewed.
