Update the TEI XML files for narrativeEvent and its sub-elements with regard to the latter being repeatable

Wanted change/feature

Following the decision on the schema change to make the sub-elements of <narrativeEvent> repeatable (see SAA-SDT/eas-schemas#238), the content of the TEI XML files for <narrativeEvent>, <date>, <agent>, and <placeName> needs to be updated.

Addressed in PR #204.

As a note: the TEI XML for <placeName> already included a general statement of "optional, repeatable", so no changes were required here.
