[BUG] bitnami will no longer maintaining versioned images in public registry

Describe the bug

bitnami is no longer going to maintain versioned container images in a public registry.

• Existing versioned images will be moved to 'bitnamilegacy', and no updates will be provided
• 'bitnamisecure' public registry will contain only :latest images and are intended for development only.
• 'bitnamisecure' paid registry will contain versioned images.
