Example: Rather than Step 7 being "Reimbursement" in the Reimbursement template, I could progress from Step 6 to either Reimbursement or something like "SABO Reject" in case they ever flag one one of my reimbursements. Once we resolve the issue, I could then change the step to 7, reimbursement.
