Pass CTP Tests for CDMI 1.0.2

The Reference Implementation should be complete enough to pass the CTP tests for CDMI 1.0.2.

Separate issues should be added as we identify areas where the RI fails the CTP tests. This issue can be closed when the CTP tests successfully complete.
