As a player I can init a Holon in the game

1. Need a circuit that can generate a proof that you know an 8 point vector, V, such that it results in a Lvl 0 Holon
2. On chain program function to verify the proof and register the holon by it's hash
3. Store the ownership of the holon in a merkle proof for the player
