Description of the problem

Currently hardcoded (to a version I am not sure is correct). Reduces usefulness of this if it is ever actually used in the future.

Should be replaced with https://docs.rs/hdf5-metno/latest/hdf5_metno/constant.HDF5_VERSION.html.

Steps to reproduce

run NeXus writer
inspect HDF5_version attribute
