wasm build incompatible with emsdk v4 #1343

Discovered in the swipl-wasm build CI [1] which bundles and releases the wasm build to npm, github releases and github pages.

The core code for the wasm build lives in this repository, so this is a fix that will need to be made here upstream - hence opening an issue here.
