功能描述

Dear Author,
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent open-source project, one-api. It has enabled me to learn a great deal and I have applied it in numerous scenarios. I noticed that the api.md in one-api does not contain descriptions of the management API and the relevant SDK. To better promote one-api, I think it would be beneficial to create a list of the management APIs. Here, I have written some parts of the Golang SDK. I'm not sure if it's meaningful, but I hope that the SDK for the management side can be further improved in the future, which will be more conducive to the development of one-api. Thank you!

应用场景

More integrated development through the management API of one-api
