[Feature-Request]: Minimize to tray

The app should be minimized to tray when closing, or a setting to enable this feature.

I suspect this would require the app to be installed instead of just being a simple runnable binary. Also, system tray interaction isn't a feature of Wails v2 but it's planned for v3 so I could reconsider then.
