Orientation of stacked_discs model does not work (Trac #775)

The stacked_disc model in 2D though giving a 2D plot the angles theta and phi do not have big effect.

I think this has been sorted now, at least in the new GUI, see the attached screenshots for confirmation.

For more interesting patterns increase the q range or increase radius, thick_core and thick_layer, and maybe increase nstacking.
