Add McSAS as optimizer (Trac #1270)

Include McSAS as submodule in SasView. It should be selectable in the FittingOptions and start once the user hits the 'Fit' button.

Requires McSAS to implement the interfaces FitEngine, FitData[12]D in sascalc/fit/AbstractFitEngine.py - this blocks it at the moment.
