Make it easier to use the same fit set-up with different data sets (Trac #747)

It is very tedious at present to use the same model on a different data set.

Either - get the "data source" drop down at top of fit page to work to change the data - Or, change "send to" then "fitting" to instead have "current fit page" or "new fit page"?

Use case - if I load a project with say constrained fits of 3 data sets, then I want to pull in new data for some or all of the fit pages.

"cloning" the fit pages but with new data would mess up the constraints.

this suggests that I need to replace data in each fit page, i.e. have a "send data to currently in focus fit page"

"Swap data" option on "Send to Fitting" now allows us to do this in v5, one data set at a time.
