add all the models and clear everything in the code

this is the worst code i worked with ever first the model xirl doesn't exist and after i downloaded it from the google research i had to edit every reference 100 time until it worked and there is some flags crashing with each other between the graphirl model ,xirl model and the src beside there is no way you used this environment in the environment.yaml because it's not compatible i tried a lot but you need to publish the code that you actually used because there is no way this is it.
please contact me if you can to fix these issues and if i'm mistaken then give any clear guid to the code and how to execute it.
