Editing a note does not auto-select the correct vitals units #242

@jashephe

Description

@jashephe

Action: "Update" an existing patient note
Expected Behavior: "cm" and "kg" checkbox next to "Height" and "Weight" will be automatically selected
Actual Behavior checkboxes are not automatically selected; no checkboxes are selected

Justification: This is confusing, because regardless of how you input vitals, Osler converts them to SI units. If a clinical team writes a note and then makes a quick edit, they may instinctively select "in" and/or "lbs" without checking the numbers because that's how they were measured. However, if they do that, Osler will interpret the kg measurement as if it were lbs, e.g., and incorrectly double-convert them.
