Improve Error Message Toast when a path is not available publicly

Context:

Description: When a user is not signed in and there is no path, use error toast to let them know it might be available when signed in.

Hey @Yuxiang-Huang, would like to take this as my first issue in your project. Could you try to explain the problem a little bit further?

@LeonhardHoffmann As shown in the video below, when a user is not signed in, the path appears as unavailable, even though it may become available once the user signs in. We could improve this experience by showing a more helpful message in that case. For example, we could check whether the user is signed in and, if not, display a different message that includes a sign‑in link.

Hey @Yuxiang-Huang, so you would like to have a small toast which stays as long as the user is not logged in and says something like when you log in you are able to see the path too?

@Wunwan Can you give some design feedbacks and maybe a Figma design on this? Perhaps just replacing the "Path unavailable..." text would be enough?
