I made the login work using my version. Test out the new features, when logged in press your name at the top right corner and see your profile details, not done yet, help needed.

What next to add? What should we add in the dashboard (account) when logged in.

For staff, Maybe add:

  • Completed orders
  • Pending orders
  • Canceling Orders (*Make it so you need proof that the customer wants
    their order cancelled) *
  • Private Messages
  • Ordering (That would mean we wouldn't need the Forum)

If any of these are rejected, please let me know.

Can you give me access to the repo setting because I need to be able to use environmental variables (env var for short) to stop people taking private details

Wouldn't we still need the forum or some sort of scratch project as a backup and as physical proof that we still have a connection to scratch? Also, is there any other way we want to spread the word about this besides the scratch community?

what does that mean?

He means: all we are doing is making a website with 'scratch' in it's name. We aren't making one that is actually linked to Scratch apart from the forum topic.

Right. And if we lose the forum, or similar, we might lose the community. But we might attract GitHub and former scratchers mostly instead.
