Currently spawner block can be used but they revert back to pig spawner when the arena get reconstructed. It would be nice to have them keep their entity after rebuild. It's not a bug since it wasn't supported yet but if you consider it being a bug more than a feature request, retag the issue.

Example usage: using a nether fortress blaze spawner as target block.

So basically we have to save and restore the tile entity associated with the block.
