Starting this conversation here.

Regarding format: I'm partial to JSON or CSV.

CSV would probably be the easiest to assemble, and the easiest to immediately make use of by running through an excel spreadsheet. There wouldn't need to be much of a data model for it.

JSON would be really nice, but we'd need to discuss a data model if we're to use it.
