We can better up the Get Involved page, https://www.selenium.dev/getinvolved/

ensure latest information, and clearly define where and how project allows people to be involved.
what are the areas
how to get involved
where to ask questions
etc.
some components of the sample document attached can overlap with governance doc - #2434.
